Photo ID & signature required to register.

PAYMENT: Cash or approved check only to be paid day of auction and nothing removed until paid in full.   All statements made day of auction take precedence over written materials.   

All units sell as is, where is, without warranty expressed or implied.   Owner & auction staff are not responsible for theft, accidents, loss or misrepresen­tation of sale items.    Contents of units must be emptied by 5:00 pm April 10, 2017 unless other arrangements have be made with storage company.
